When you list the entire Board works to sell your listing.
When you're selling your on your own.
When you advertise / blog about a house specific you're trying to attract one buyer.
When you advertise / blog about your company, your communite or yourself you're trying to attract all buyers.
When you blog to educate the public, you learn more than your readers.
When you blog to your peers you find An Educated Competitor Is An Asset
When you read your peers blogs you become a better competitor.
The morals of the story:
It's hard to fail with all the help listers get.
It's hard to fail with all the help bloggers get.
There is no excuse not to advertise / blog to attract the most clients.
There's a place and audience for all of us!
